Storage/Warehousing
We have a secure fully racked warehouse that is safe and secure. When your products are stored with us they are covered by our insurance, so you don’t have to incur the extra cost of storing in your own premises.
We will take receipt of your goods from your suppliers, check for damage and book into your stock system.
Order Processing
We will process your orders whether these are by phone, web or email. You don’t need to purchase any software to interact with our systems (unless you want to) as we can login to your website and fulfil your orders. You can have a dedicated customer telephone number that you can direct to us so we can manage orders over the phone and we can take orders by email. We will deal with any returns and log these back in to your system.
